Kelsy Lochead
Born and raised in rural Dannevirke New Zealand, I grew up fortunate, traveling to Australia to see my relatives and experiencing travel at a young age (albeit just across the ditch).
After three decades on this planet, I have lived in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. I've travelled to around thirty plus countries and have so many more yet to explore.
I am a very proud 'Aunty Kiki' of six beautiful nieces and nephews and these books are for their curious natures about the stories and pictures their parents and I are forever retelling.
I love the opportunities and the lessons traveling provides. It brings great perspective to our lives that really does enrich the way you see the world.
I've likened travel to a great quote from Jumanji, because it really is 'a game for those who seek to find a way to leave their world behind'.
